IRC Network is down - Fixed

The IRC network is currently down. This is being looked into. An ETA isn't available just yet. Edit: Online again after an adjustment. The services database i-use is however about a month and a half old. No information is currently available as to when it can be rectified and merged back. Edit: Services database is up-to-date again.
